Commercial contracts - Real estate - Building contracts
The firm renders assistance and advice in favor of companies with particular reference to lawsuits relating to contractual matters (among others: construction contracts, supply of goods and services, purchase and sale agreements, leasing agreements, tenancies, commodatum, etc.) as well as lawsuits relating to real estate and issues connected to industrial plants): the foregoing both in court proceedings and in arbitration proceedings. The firm also assists clients in contractual / extra-judicial matters related to commercial contracts (among others: license agreements, supply agreements, franchising agreements, purchase and sale agreements, intellectual property agreements, etc.) and real estate (including lease / tenancy agreements).
